The HDF-150 Grain and Seed Roaster is a high-performance machine designed to enhance oil extraction efficiency. The machine roasts seeds in a rotating drum heated by electric heaters, ensuring even roasting and high-quality results.

🔥 What is Drum Roasting?

Drum roasting is a dry heat process in which seeds or grains are heated to high temperatures without water. Hot air surrounds the product, evenly heating it within the drum.

Typical roasting levels include:

• Mild roasting – up to 140°C
• Medium roasting – 150–200°C
• High-intensity roasting – up to 300°C

The roasting temperature should be adjusted depending on the type of seed and the desired final effect.
