The HDF-50 Grain and Seed Roaster is a premium roasting machine designed to enhance oil pressing efficiency. Suitable for small production facilities and home oil mills, it offers intuitive operation and easy maintenance thanks to its stainless steel components (304 & 201 grade) that meet sanitary standards. The machine roasts seeds in a rotating drum heated by an electric heating system, ensuring uniform roasting.

🔥 What is Drum Roasting?

Drum roasting is a dry-heat process in which seeds or grains are heated without water. Hot air surrounds the product, providing even and consistent roasting throughout the drum.

Typical roasting levels:

• Mild roasting – up to 140°C
• Medium roasting – 150–200°C
• High-intensity roasting – up to 300°C

Roasting temperature should be adjusted depending on seed type and the desired final flavor or aroma.
