The HDF-25 Grain Roaster is a high-quality roasting machine designed to improve the efficiency of oil pressing. Perfect for small-scale production facilities and home oil mills, it offers easy operation and durable stainless steel construction (304 & 201 grade) that meets sanitary requirements.

The roaster uses a rotating drum heated by electric heaters, ensuring uniform roasting and simple cleaning after use.

🔥 What is Roasting?

Roasting is a process of thermal treatment of grains and seeds without water. The product is surrounded by hot air, evenly heating the seeds inside the roasting drum.

There are three roasting levels:

• Mild roasting – up to 140°C
• Intensive roasting – 150–200°C
• Extra-strong roasting – up to 300°C

The roasting temperature should be adjusted depending on the type of seed and the desired final effect.
