All parts of the oil press that come into contact with the raw material are made entirely of medical-grade stainless steel, making them dishwasher-safe. The press features a direct-drive system with specialized gearing. The absence of belt drives ensures low power consumption, reliable operation with minimal maintenance, and long service life.
The screw speed is smoothly adjustable, allowing optimization for each type of seed, ensuring maximum oil quality and efficiency. Additionally, the press has a variable pressing gap adjustment. The set includes 6 interchangeable nozzles of different sizes.

Cold pressing is the natural and healthiest method of oil extraction. The resulting oil does not exceed 40°C, preserving nutrients, natural aroma, color, and flavor. Cold-pressed oil is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which support cardiovascular health, regulate cholesterol and triglyceride levels, normalize blood pressure, and boost immunity against infections and allergies.
The press features integrated head heating with digital temperature monitoring, allowing precise control for cold or hot pressing. Temperature can be maintained throughout the process and adjusted for different seeds. This ensures consistent oil quality even in challenging environments, such as unheated market stalls or production halls.
